How would i go about becoming a breeder for flying squirrels?

Do I Need to get a license? If so where would i go to get one?How would i go about becoming a breeder for flying squirrels?
If you are in the united states you need to be usda liscensed to breed flying squirells or lesser flying phalangers. Both are different and the phalangers are popular here flying squirells are not. In either case you have to contact your local USDA office for your state and apply for a breeders license. You do not need a liscense to breed, but you need a liscence to sell them.
