yes you can. i don't know if there are any breeders in MA. the only one i knew of no longer breeds. you may have to travel to find a breeder, but they are legal to own in MA and you do not need a license.
please make sure you are ready to handle one before you bring one into your life. they can live up to 10-15 years and require nightly supervised exercise for 1 hr +Can i buy a flying squirrel in MA.?
I am sure you can but I think they are illegal here in Mass.
