Hello. I just noticed that a flying squirrel is living in a birdhouse in my backyard in Minnesota? Now I have never seen these things up here before and I was wondering if this is common? Is there anything I should do for it? Oh and are they hostile?

I live in Minnesota, and I've never seen a flying squirrel. I'm guessing they are just like any other, just shoo him out, they are usally afraid of humans,anyway.
