I need to incorperate it into my report. I also have to include Muticellular. What does eukaryotic mean in relation to a flying squirrel?';?
Try this:

A squirrel is a multicellular, eukaryotic organism. This means that it is made up of many cells (hence multicellular) and these cells have nuclei (are eukaryotic cells). What does eukaryotic mean in relation to a flying squirrel?';?
All mammals are eukaryotes. A eukaryote is an organism whose DNA has its own membrane within the cells. Eukaryotes can be multicellular or single celled. If you aren't a eukaryote, you are a prokaryote (no membrane around the DNA) and ALL prokayrotes are single celled.
