How can I get rid of these freakin' flying squirrel arms?

I would like to know an exercise that keeps me from having these hangy down biceps!! Got any ideas?How can I get rid of these freakin' flying squirrel arms?

Get a pair of dumbbells and work them arms. Even things like push-ups, chin-ups. They suck but theyre decent.
