They don't make good pets unless you are nocturnal yourself...they sleep all day and are awake at night. They are not domesticated animals, they are wild and they behave like wild animals....they are cute, but really, what's the point? When you buy a wild animal to keep as a pet, you encourage people to breed them for that purpose, and since the majority of people can't/don't/won't care for them properly they die or live a sad deprived existence.Why would you want that on your conscience?
***Sugar Gliders are also wild animals that make very poor pets. They are not ';domesticated';...dogs, cats, horses, cattle, sheep, chickens and goats are domesticated. Pocket Pets, with the possible exception of Guinea Pigs and White Mice/Rats aren't really considered domesticated animals.Where can i purchase a flying squirrel?
i would go with a sugar glider they are much domesticated
