Flying Squirrels and Chipmunks?

Is it legal to buy or sale flying squirrels or chipmunks in N.C.Flying Squirrels and Chipmunks?
Your phone book would have the number for the Department of Natural Resources in the government section, you can call them and ask since both creatures are 'wildlife' and come under their jurisdiction.

call 1-800-wildlife. They will tell you.
I doubt it. Flying squirrels are classified as endangered in NC.
