Does anyone anywhere have experience keeping flying squirrels successfully?

the southern flying squirrel is somewhat diffficult to keep but with proper feeding, handling and adequate cage room i have had good results when they are raised by hand and bottle fed. do you have any feedback on this?Does anyone anywhere have experience keeping flying squirrels successfully?
yes, we had a pair of flying squirrels for 9 years, got both of them when they were babies and raised them on bottle (each was caught by my cats during bad storms) they never had babies for us, they were really cute pets, favorite foods pecans, sunflower seeds and pineapple!


my cat caught one 2 days ago, unfortunately it was dead when he brought it to us
